Preformed heating maintenance on 2 systems Goodman gas furnaces. I tested all electrical components on the inside units. All tested within manufacturer specifications. All safeties tested within manufacturer specifications on both units. I noticed on the downstairs blower and return plenum and duct work there were heavy dust build up on both. I also noticed the units did not have surge protection. After running my air advice report I found that the home could benefit on installing an air scrubber on the downstairs unit. I provided estimates for duct cleaning level 2(downstairs unit), air scrubber, full system surge protection on both units and a blower wheel cleaning( downstairs unit). Systems were cooling upon departure.
