I performed a single heating maintenance on a 2018 heat pump system. I checked amps, capacitor, filter, drains, electrical, cleanliness, and rinsed the outdoor unit. During my thorough evaluation, I notice the system has growth on the blower wheel, he evaporator coil has build up in the fins, the ducts has a noticeable amount of dust present, and the outdoor unit is not safe form lightning strikes/power surges, duct to the office area is a 4”. I presented options to address the issues that were noticed. Customer would like time to discuss with significant other. I emailed all options and included an additional one that gave the biggest discount possible.
