Upon arrival, I found a 2020 gas system operating normally. I began running tests and found the system not making a noise. Customer produced a video of the issue. It appears the module is failing on the X13 blower motor. Customer had the control board replaced last year. I thoroughly examined the system. I found that the system does not have enough return air, the condenser fan motor is squeaking upon start up, the capacitor on the outdoor unit is under manufacture specification, and I offered surge protectors for the indoor/outdoor units. The furnace is under warranty until 2026 and the outdoor has an expired warranty. I provided an option to address these issues. Customer would like to wait until Thursday before deciding.
