Job Checkin

Upon arrival client stated that she had water coming from her unit in the attic out of the secondary drain line. Also she stated that her unit for her office was making a loud noise on start up. I began my inspection by pouring water into the main drain line to check for a blockage. The water did not run out of the drain pipe and backed up into the pan indicating a clogged line. I then proceeded to the outside unit were I tested start and run amps along with the electrical components inside the unit. I found that the components were beginning to fail capacitor was reading 32/35 microfaurds, the Contactor was testing at 16 ohms, and the compressor was starting up at over 100 amps. Manufacturer start amps are 62. I left estimates for cleaning the drain line, adding a quick blast valve and Ss1 float switch for the inside unit and new secondary drain pan. Also I left estimates for he compressor saver bundle for the outside unit. Membership was offered for all 3 units. Client would like to
