Homeowner stated downstairs was still not keeping up. Upon inspection I noticed no air was flowing downstairs or upstairs even though unit was running. Shut down unit for testing. Last time I was here I was unable to access the attic where the dampers are located. Informed homeowner I would need to take off the trim around the attic access in order to access the dampers. Received approval through text for with permission from homeowner to tear off the trim. Advised homeowner we would not be responsible for damages resulting from removal and that I would have to charge for a repair. I was then able to remove the trim and access panel. Upon testing, I found that the downstairs damper was not opening and I could not get it to spring open. Damper is stuck shut. Advised homeowner that the damper was still under warranty however I would still have to charge for labor of the installation. Replace damper under warranty with part off of truck. Tested extensively to ensure good temperature down
