1. Visually inspected condenser coil for debris/ dirty. 2. Inspected condenser fan motor. 3. Inspected condenser fan blades. 4. Inspected/ cleaned wiring connections. 5. Tested compressor/ condenser fan motor capacitor. 6. Inspected / replaced return filter. 7. Inspected return plenum for debris/ dirty. 8. Inspected evaporator coil. 9. Inspected blower motor/ blower wheel. 10. Checked blower amp draw. 11. Measured temperature differential from supply to return. 20 degrees measured. 12. Tested capacitor and contactor (outdoor electrical) 13. Rinsed condenser unit to promote heat exchange 14. Tested electric heat and Goodman on right side was testing low on both legs (under warranty not interested right now. Large amount of dust on blower wheel and Evap coils for both units. Recommend cleanings to ensure maximum lifespan of the equipment and dust will cause excessive wear and tear on everything from the motors to the compressors. Units in good working order upon departure.
