Preformed single system on a 2022 straight cool Trane unit. I tested all electrical components on the inside unit. All tested within manufacturer specifications. I treated drain lines with total c. I checked unit for cleanliness, overall the inside unit was cleaning. The unit does have a uv light installed and in good working order. I changed he filter for the client to today, 20x25x4 Aprilaire 213. I then proceeded to the outside unit where I tested all the electrical components on the outside unit. I found that all electrical components are within manufacturer specifications. I did find that the compressor was starting high on the amps. I also checked for cleanliness of the coils. I found that the coils were extremely caked in dirt and dust, this can cause the unit not to run efficiently. I provided estimates to have all concerns addressed. Unit was cooling upon departure.
