Upon arrival, I discovered an operational unit. I asked Carrie some question to help me better understand what happened. I tested the system in heating and cooling ensuring that the reversing valve is swapping between heating and cooling. I called and spoke with Jesse about a concern I had with the design. The area is rather big with 2 walk in freezers. It is a metal section of the building. It has only a 4 ton system with approximately 4 to 5 people in the area at most times. I believe the unit is doing all it can to keep up. With Jesse’s recommendation, I sped up the blowing speeds for the cycles to increase the volume of air production. With the concerns of a potentially intermittent faulty thermostat, I would like to provide on option for replacement.
