Upon arrival client stated that the thermostat was reading negative 40 degree on the display after a surge in power here recently. Also that there are a hot and cold room in the house. The two rooms being both children’s bedrooms in the hallway. I adjusted dampers to see if that would help balance out the hot room and cold room. The duct work is flex duct going into metal duct both supplies are separate from each other. Advised client to give it a week or two to allow adequate amount of time for feedback. I provided estimates for surge protection and air balance. Preformed single system maintenance on a 2 stage gas system. I tested all electrical components on the inside unit. All tested within manufacturer specifications. Temperature across the coil was 18 degrees 73 return air and 55 degrees supply. I treated the main drain line with total c.
