Courtesy check for ongoing airflow problems on a 2 stage gas system. Upon arrival the customer gave me a tour her house and informed me which rooms where the problems. Also stated that a vent was added to the master bedroom. While at the thermostat I noticed that there was an alert about the sensor they have set up in the living room was out of batteries. Customer will change the batteries on her own time. During my walk around I drew the house floor plan with the vents, I checked airflow and found the whole house to be out of balanced. I went up to the attic and drew the ductwork and figured out which rooms share ductwork. After getting my initial readings I showed the customer and came up with a game plan on how to properly attack the situation with the current ductwork we have. Once I adjusted the dampers up in the attic I checked air flow around the house and the areas that were a concern to the customer got better.
