Arrived on site for heating maintenance on Gree three head mini split from 2019. Homeowner stated system was not keeping up in living room area. The other two heads were in bedrooms. I washed the filters for all three heads as well as the condensing unit outside. Upon taking a temp split, I was only getting a 10° split in heating and cooling lead me to believe there’s a problem with the refrigerant levels. I did not have the mini split adapter on hand and was unable to take refrigerant pressures at this time. I then conducted a leak test on the copper lines, condensing unit, and all three heads. It was at this point I detected a leak at the living room evaporator video included. I then check the warranty status and found that it was no longer under warranty. I then discussed with the homeowner possible options for addressing the issue.
