Performed single system heating maintenance on gas system from 2024. Tested all electrical components and safeties. All electrical components and safeties tested within manufacturer specifications. Client had us provide filter(16x25x4). Temperature being supplied to the home is 117 and return is 80. During inspection we found the duct work and plenum boxes had significant dust buildup. We proceeded outside to visually inspect the outside unit and noticed the unit didn’t have any surge protection. We presented our finding to the client. Client elected to wait until after the holidays for duct cleaning estimate. Client elected to have surge protection installed today. Unit was cooling upon departure.
