Arrived on site for heating maintenance on two package units for mechanical building. Checked office unit by mistake initially and found filter caked with dust. Informed site manager and advised changing filter as soon as possible. Started checking run amps and temperature drop on unit closest to front. I noticed at this point that the other further unit was not running. Asked site manager if he was aware and he informed me he was and that Joplin had been working on that unit. He believes they replaced the compressor and there was another issue they are currently working on. Site manager called John and was advised to cancel the maintenance for the time being. Heating form could not be completed as I was checking the cooling as it is a machine room that needs to be cooled at all times.
