Upon arrival, I found no active codes keeping the system from operating. I checked the code history and found a reverse air flow code on 12/2/25. I power cycled the system and it come on and began heating. I believe the system had a minor hiccup with the communication. I cycled the unit for approximately 25-30 mins with no failures. I showed the customer how to perform a power cycle.
