1. Visually inspected condenser coil for debris/ dirty. 2. Inspected condenser fan motor. 3. Inspected condenser fan blades. 4. Inspected/ cleaned wiring connections. 5. Inspected / replaced return filter. 6. Inspected return plenum for debris/ dirty. 7. Inspected evaporator coil. 8. Inspected blower motor/ blower wheel. 9. Checked blower amp draw. 10. Measured temperature differential from supply to return. 20 degrees measured. 11. Tested capacitor and contactor (outdoor electrical) 12. Rinsed condenser unit to promote heat exchange 13. Tested emergency heat and found no issues AHU-6- condenser fan capacitor testing outside of manufacturer specifications also blower wheel inside is looking very dirty. This will cause drag on the motor ultimately shortening the lifespan of the motor AHU-7- all is well AHU-8- Hardstart kit, capacitor and contactor all testing outside of manufacturer specifications.
