Upon arrival, customer discussed the noise issue that was happening. We cycled this unit multiple times, and we found that the noise would happen in short run times. This is directly related to the compressor’s self lubrication. When the system runs for a short amount of time, the rotor does receive enough lubrication resulting in a slightly clunky noise. System is fully operational and cooling properly.
