 
 
				Upon arrival, we began checking the unit labeled 4North. We found that the unit was low on R410a refrigerant. We began examining the unit for leaks and discovered a leak in the suction line service valve (video confirmation in file). To properly repair, we will need to remove the refrigerant as it cannot be saved, remove the service valve with a torch, install new service valve, remove the liquid line dryer (to ensure a good repair), install new liquid line dryer, vacuum the system (to remove contamination), and recharge the unit with virgin refrigerant. We examined the unit labeled 5North. We found that, not long after turning it on, the system would skyrocket in liquid side pressure. This would cause a high pressure limit trip. After investigating, the cause for the abnormal pressure spike, we determined that the liquid line dryer is clogged not allowing a free flow of refrigerant.
