Preformed heating maintenance on a single gas system. I started by setting up our air advice machine to test the air quality of the clients home. I then proceeded to the garage for indoor unit attic access. I tested all safeties and electrical components for the furnace. All tested within manufacturer specifications. Temperature being supplied to the home was at 113 degrees. I did notice upon inspection of the blower wheel that it had a good amount of debris/dust build up. I also notice the unit did not have surge protection. After the air advice machine ran its report. I presented my findings to the homeowner. I left estimates for a blower wheel pul and clean, surge protection and air scrubber. Unit was set back to cool and was cooling upon departure.
