Heat preventative maintenance on a propane gas zone system from 2023 with air filter 210 and a heat pump from 2020 using filter 20*25*4. Customer did provide us with filters to replace today and mentioned that there hasn’t been any issues with the systems. Tried to do an air quality check in the main house but my equipment wasn’t getting any service. During my inspection I checked temperatures, checked electrical components and connections, cleaned sensors, and inspected the systems for dirt buildup. We did find dirt in the main system, brought it up to the customer and he requested an estimate to get the system cleaned. Overall the systems are running and heating properly, customer did renew his vip membership today
