 
 
				The downstairs system and ducts are located under the home. I inspected what I could see to ensure the ducts would hold up to a duct cleaning. The upstairs unit has 2 ducts that are not able to be cleaned due to being smashed. I generated a price to replace these 2 ducts and clean everything. Customer mentioned air flow issues on the downstairs unit. Without full access, I cannot see if the ducts are damaged, and I do not have the duct cam to inspect. I advised that replacement and redesign will benefit the customer better than attempting to clean. I noticed a flue pipe that may be dumping CO out of it. This will need to be replaced for safety. I advised the customer get a CO detector for upstairs and downstairs to ensure their safety.
