Equipment age: evaporator coil- 2013 condenser- 2019 furnace- 2015 I performed a single heating maintenance on a 2015 gas furnace. The system is a 2 stage communicating Amana. I checked amps, capacitor, filter, electrical, cleanliness, and safeties. I noticed that the system has a reasonable amount of dust present in the ducts and on the blower wheel, the outdoor unit was heavily compacted with build up, and the air scrubber bulb was burnt out. I provided an option to address these known issues. The customer approved and it is scheduled for November 24th 8am-10am arrival time. I collected a none refundable deposit that the customer is aware of.
