Upon arrival customer asked us to check thermostat to make sure the scheduling was off and would cool to desired temp. We checked thermostat and set temp to hold 73 degrees and explained to client how to make sure it holds the desired temp. Preformed cooling maintenance. Checked electrical components ion air handler, all tested within manufacture specifications. We noticed that the pan was full with water and primary drain line was clogged. Along with the return ducts being dirty. We got a 13degree split across the coil. We proceeded outside and placed gauges on system. Charge seemed to be within range. We did pump down the system to check TXV and compressor functionality. The compressor was pumping down but not as it should. We checked all electrical components on outside unit and found the contactor was testing at high ohms at 20.5. We made customer aware of all issues with the pan, drain line clog, contactor and compressor. Client declined all repairs at this time. Unit was coolin
