He did state that the air balance was better after having Jacob make adjustments. I did make a minor adjustment to a damper on the far side of the house. Inspected electrical connections and verified good amp draw on outdoor unit. I noticed the coils did have a bit of dirt on them and went ahead and rinsed the coils with today’s visit to promote heat exchange. Inspected disconnect and found no issues. I also tested the heat pump in normal operation. And found no issues with the heating cycle. I did find an error on the thermostat for a discharge air temp sensor. Upon inspection I found that it was installed backward and I went ahead and flipped it to the correct orientation and the error went away. I inspected and heat strips and found them all to be working as intended. Inspected duct work and found no air leaks or other concerns.
