I performed heating maintenance today on two 90% Lennox furnaces. All electrical components and safety switches tested in range including the blower and inducer motors. Both furnaces are missing roof caps on the combustion vents. The unit in the garage had ran water accumulating in the furnace housing. I removed all excess water and drained the lines. We discussed the benefits of surge protection on these furnaces. No other issues were found. I will be forwarding digital copies of my report as well as pricing for vent caps to the email provided.
