Great work. Clean Great prices I plan on using them again
Way too much upselling I didn’t need. To be honest I probably needed one of the things they offered, however they felt compelled to upsell everything like as if it was necessary. Didn’t even follow simple instructions of leaving old part behind so I could inspect. Just come get the service done and don’t push anymore sales tactic.

Inducer fan motor installed -Everything started up properly -Heat rise is correct -Furnace working efficiently
Inducer motor not turning on -Inducer is receiving 120v, yet non operational -Pressure switch is working properly -Inducer motor will be replaced
Technician arrived to perform combo tune up -Refrigerant levels are within range -Compressor and fan motor drawing proper amps -Condenser coil thoroughly cleaned -Filter was very dirty, customer provides filters -Blower compartment is clean -Flame sensor and igniter cleaned off -Electrical connections tightened -Inducer motor has correct resistance and pulling low amps
Technician arrived, client stated no air coming out of vents -AC is operational, however blower motor is not -Furnace has power, and 24v -Blower motor cap is out of range, this due to the filter being completely plugged up and the system not being on a proper maintenance program -Secondary motor control was replaced and client is now apart of our maintenance program -System is currently cooling
