We are happy to hear you had a positive experience!
Needed a new filter and was back the next morning to install and make sure our unit was working properly
Way too much upselling I didn’t need. To be honest I probably needed one of the things they offered, however they felt compelled to upsell everything like as if it was necessary. Didn’t even follow simple instructions of leaving old part behind so I could inspect. Just come get the service done and don’t push anymore sales tactic.
Fast service, very knowledgeable and professional, explained step by stap what was wrong with my AC unit
Thanks to fast quick service i have nothing to worry about
Jimmy G. did an excellent job and was very nice. He was also good about calling me to let me know when he was arriving.

Arrived on site to perform heating tune up on a 2 2005 lennox units. Client stated no issues but is working from home so will be at her office. Cycled heating on and both units are operational. Found filters dirty and client stated she would order more and replace as she does so every 2-3 months. inspect attic and units. Found black flex ducting used and found both units to have good size returns and airflow. Found upstairs unit to have a big lunch and showed client of findings as this may have been since home was build. Found blower assembly on both units really dirty. Found both blower motors working hard and leaking a lot of oils from over working. Advised both motors are on borrowed time and can fail in future due to condition. Found both secondary motor control out of range for blower motors and recommend replacing before they both fail and heater or ac will not operate. Found both inducer motor almost at max one pulling 1.7 and upstairs pulling 1.5. Rated max on both is 1.75 and
Deep cleaned return filter grill before entering attic. The filter rack was caked on with debris. Then I went upstairs and replaced air filter for better air flow. Ran system in heating after and ran fan. System operational upon departure.

Cycled both units downstairs is on but is turning on and off. Upstairs is not heating at all. Inspected condenser upstairs not operating and downstairs was. Checked amps draws on downstairs compressor and found it amping at max amps due to age and condition she been aware units are on the last leg holding on. But told her unit will run and heat home until it over heats and lock up and won’t heat at all then until is cools down. Upon arrival performed diagnostic on Goodman system. System was giving code that limit switch was open. Checked all limit switches to make sure none were faulty , all were in range and none bad. Circuit board has a lot of heat marks and bubbles that are possibly Making circuit board stick. Inducer draft motor is running way over max amps. This is also pretty mature failure. Client says he will try and call his home warranty to replace parts .
