In addition, he provided a full report, along with the readings from his tests. Well worth your investment. Upon arrival performed heating tune up. Filter need replacement. Did a thorough cleaning through system had a ton of dirt build up inside of cabinet. Cleaned outside cabinet as well. Dusted off electrical connections. Circuit board is in good condition. Indoor blower wheel good. Thermostat in working order. System is operational upon completion
Technician arrived to perform spring tune up -Condenser was cleaned off to improve efficiency and longevity -Refrigerant levels were within range and looked good -Electrical components were working properly and within range -Filter is good, will need to be replaced on next visit 16x25x5 MERV13 -Surge protection was recommended for their outdoor unit
Serviced both systems. Inspected controls and electrical values. Cleaned outdoor condenser, replaced 1â€ filters. Recorded temperatures and refrigerant pressures.
Tested equipment in heat and diagnosed defective heat shield with tech support.
Upon arrival started fall tune up of 4 ton furnace. Unit was extremely dusty. Filter was restricted. Checked ignition systems and components. No issues found with anything. Motors checked out. Replaced filter with customer supplied filter. Unit is operational upon departure.
Preformed Ac maintenance on 2020 Lennox system.
Performed AC maintenance on a pair of AC pro systems. Temperature split on both systems are in range at 20 degrees. Customer reports bad airflow into the office. Duct run is around 30 feet. Room is on the hot side of the house and is filled with computer equipment. Recommended adding a return. Found a hole in that specific duct run that was repaired today. Indoor electrical amp draws are in range. Outdoor coils were heavily caked in dirt and pollen, they were chemically washed today. Compressor bay and service panel was cleaned off. Start components are in range at this time. Compressor and fan amp draws are reading in range. Filters were dirty and changed today with customer provided filters. Gave a full tutorial to the homeowner on the nest thermostat as well as the app, customer still reports not feeling comfortable with the nest. Homeowners are aware of the importance of maintenance but feel the price is too high. Both systems were running st end of appointment.
Upon arrival Performed maintenance on 14 mini split head units. Washed all filters for systems, washed out condenser coils and outside caging of systems. Cleaned all condensation pump sensors. Recommend replacing 2 condensate pumps as they are non stop buzzing. Evap coils are dirty and need advanced cleaning to keep system running 100% with no restrictions. Replaced filters for clean air system. System is operational upon departure.
Upon arrival performed diagnostic. Reset system code is not there. That code is in reference to Lack of maintenance. Client does not have membership or have done tune up with us .Advised client to let there maintenance technician clean pumps properly and clean coils. Systems are on and running, Excessive water is due to high humidity levels.
Performed AC diagnostic on 2016 Lennox Condenser. Client had stated that system stopped working approximately one week ago. I began my diagnostic at the thermostat and found that the indoor unit is operational and blowing but itâ€™s not cold air. So I went to the outdoor condensing unit I found that it was non-operational. Verified that fuses were intact and found out I was missing a leg of power coming from the breaker. Inspected breaker and found that it was a pushoMatic a very outdated panel. Breaker would not pushing and advised him that he should have an electrician come and verify and replace it. Until breakers are placed unit can be worked on and tested at this point I cannot get power to the system. Client stated that he will have an electrician come and fix it and let us know what happens after that. On departure system is non-operational
Installed nest E thermostat for the bedrooms system. Opened the master bedroom damper to lower the amount of airflow to the back two bedrooms. Set up a sensor in the office. Connected the thermostat to clients WiFi and assisted in setup process. Instructed how to use both thermostat and nest app.

Gas valve in working order. Heating order of operations good. Cycled heat on and off. Pressure switch good. Inducer draft motor good. Wiring intact. Dusted off all electrical, cleaned inside of furnace cabinet. Attic has very little insulation. Overall system is in good conditon, has new circuit board and blower motor. System was reset tested and fully functional upon departure.
Upon arrival nothing wrong with thermostat, clients concern was fans would turn on. Client had circulation of fan for 30%. Turned feature off. System is operational.
