Upon arrival performed maintenance. Indoor motor is in very good condtion. Circuit board and electrical connections in good shape. Temp rise good. Duct work is in very good condtion. Filter is new. Gas valve in working order. Heating order of operations good. Cycled heat on and off. Pressure switch good. Inducer draft motor good. Wiring intact. Dusted off all electrical, cleaned inside of furnace cabinet. Attic has very little insulation. Overall system is in good conditon, has new circuit board and blower motor. System was reset tested and fully functional upon departure.
