Amazing Service

Jamie was on time, knowledgeable and had the AC cooling in record time. This company had someone out in less than 24 hours during a very busy time and holiday weekend. When I need service again this will definitely be the company I call. Customer service was top notch!

Great Service

I would like to say that the installation team which was Victor Valtierra and Josh did a really good job from the moment they arrived until completion. They came in and explained the installation process to me in it's entirety and then went straight to work. Victor and Josh were both very professional and very respectful throughout the entire process. With Victor being the Lead installer I directed many of my questions to him and man did I have quite a bit of questions and he simply kept me well informed. They both respected my home and left in the shape they entered it and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely give five stars to Victor Valtierra and Josh for the work they did and the professionalism they displayed at all times. Good job !

Performed AC maintenance on 2007 Daikin condenser. Upon my maintenance I came across a few points or concerns that were addressed. 5 ton condenser and furnace 1. Compressor pulling slightly high amps to due To age. 2. Found that indoor blower motor had dust and debris collecting on top and oil leakage from Bearing 3. Single run capacitor for motor is becoming weak due to high amperage pull of fan motor 4. Air handler cabinet covered in debris and sawdust

Client reports a loud rattling noise is occurring in the attic from the furnace. System cools still. Findings: (1) Turned on FAN ONLY and the rattling would occur. (2) Went up to the attic and found that the blower wheel was loose. (3) Took out the blower housing and inspected the internals. (4) Found the integrity of the blower wheel and the motor's shaft to be lacking. Recommendations: (1) The blower motor and the blower wheel are unstable amd need to be replaced to restore proper operation. (2) The furnace is from 1994 (26 years old). These units tend to last 15-20 years. It would be wise to consider replacement options.

WARRANTY. Found system blowing warm air upon arrival. Customer said unit has been blowing warm air for about two weeks. Checked power from sub panel and reset. Outdoor unit still did not fire on. Checked for power and unit is calling for cooling but unit is not engaging. Found open error code for low pressure. Reset. Found system low on charge. Added freon and leak seal and dye. Need to come back in 2-3 weeks to search for leak. Unit operational upon departure.

AC MAINT. Found system operational upon arrival. Changed 14251 filter. Blower is dirty. Coil is dirty. Exposed duct has no insulation which lowers efficiency. Washed condenser coil. Compressor amperage is high. Motor control is still in range but connections are weak and starting to rust. Base of condenser coil is also very rusted and can give out. Coil may develop leaks with rusting. High voltage line relay has some burning and pitting. Freon the unit uses is discontinued r22. Condenser motor is also leaking oil and rusting. Motor may seize from oil leak. Overall recommend options on new equipment. Customer is interested but his credit isn’t good right now. Discussed other options but he hasn’t accumulated 12 months of payments on time to his mortgage company. Customer did sign up for ESA month to month until that time comes. Unit operational upon departure.

MAINTENANCE FAU/AC. Found system operational upon arrival. Customer stated everything was working fine. Customer did have an issue with the fan not coming on. Checked wiring and everything looked correct. Checked furnace and wiring was fine. Gas pressure was ok. Static pressure was ok. Electrostatic filter was still clean. Customer has extra media from ARS in a box. Air scrubber core is out and needs replacement. Customer declined. Temp rise is within range. Blower is clean. Coil is clean. Board shows no hot spots. Upon arrival performed diagnostic. Home owner says they don’t really use air conditioning a lot. Found secondary motor control out of range. Motor leaking excessive oil. Amperages on compressor are good Refrigerant levels in good standing. Customer wants to do minimal repair, not ready to replace system just yet. Will call us back for membership if needed. Arrived on site to diagnose a no cooling system. Condenser located in back yard. Furnace and evaporator coil located in attic. Spoke to client upon arrival. They stated they hardly use system and haven’t ran it for a couple years as it doesn’t get to hot out in area. But recently as it’s got hot client stated they turned system on for the first time in a long time and system out side did not operate. Indoor unit was operating but was only producing warm air in home. Had them cycled cooling mode on. Condenser was not operational and creating loud buzzing noise. Inspect out door unit. Checked electrical compartment and components. Found primary start control was burnt and pitted as it has arced and was pitted in creating loud buzzing noise. Found secondary motor control bad as it was popped. Advised and showed clientS of immediate repairs. Advised I would need to replace to continue system evaluation to ensure no other issues. Arrived on site to diagnose a no cooling 2003 system. Condenser located in back yard. Furnace and evaporator coil located in attic. Spoke to client and stated when system is running house is not getting cooling down. But is getting okay cold air flow but isn’t as cold as it should be. Had client cycled cooling mode on. He stated he has had home warranty come out and did repairs but only to get system operating it not properly. Alls husband replace disconnect fuse as he was advised by someone else he should check and replace fuse first before calling anyone out and he did and system was still not cooling home. Indoor unit was operational and providing airflow. Inspected outdoor unit and was operating. Found fan motor rotation was not correct and was causing all hot air to be kept inside condenser and not being removed.
