Today Jorge Cervantes of Cool Air Solutions came out to my home to check on an issue that we have been experiencing with our furnace. Prior to his arrival he communicated with me and listened attentively to my concern. When he arrived at our home he inspected the unit and found the issue. He immediately informed me of the problem and even went above and beyond to contact the manufacturer to give me additional information regarding our heating unit. He did this as a courtesy which for me speaks volumes as to Jorge’s Character and of the importance in conveying the correct information and being as informative with his customer. Jorge not only was very communicative but he also explained everything in much detail. This is the kind of Customer service that I appreciate. Jorge, Thank you for everything !

Their office contacts me to make sure I schedule the service calls, which maximizes my Mini Split system’s warranty. Their technicians are professionals, with great technical, communication and people skills. Today Evan provided the Mini Splits. He asked if I had any concerns, listened to my concern about one unit, and checked it while wearing booties to protect my floors. Thanks, Evan and you all!
