Technician was great, diagnostic accurate but cost was too high, no visibility on what you pay for as cost all blended with part value and on top of that only way to get discount was to subscribe to a yearly support service model with monthly payments... Does not make sense to me...

Jimmy was on time and enthusiastically and thoroghly checked our main unit and split unit in garage apartment. He answered our questions; gave estimates for air quality improvements and asked for a follow up time that worked for us - no high-pressure!

Amazing Service

Great Service

I would like to say that the installation team which was Victor Valtierra and Josh did a really good job from the moment they arrived until completion. They came in and explained the installation process to me in it's entirety and then went straight to work. Victor and Josh were both very professional and very respectful throughout the entire process. With Victor being the Lead installer I directed many of my questions to him and man did I have quite a bit of questions and he simply kept me well informed. They both respected my home and left in the shape they entered it and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely give five stars to Victor Valtierra and Josh for the work they did and the professionalism they displayed at all times. Good job !

Inspected the furnace for issues with the bedroom reaching desired temp. Found severely kinked duct in the attic to the main supply vent and measured thermostat calibration temp. This was good. Duct must be replaced, system cannot satisfy due to lack of airflow in this main duct.

Performed leak dye check. Homeowner states system has been working fine. Cycled system for cooling. Checked refrigerant pressures on unit. Refrigerant pressures look good and system is producing proper temperature split. Checked leak dye with flashlight, could not locate Any dye at this time. System might not have ran enough yet for leak dye to come out. System is operational at this time, let homeowner know to try and run the AC more and give us a call if anything stops working. System is operational upon departure.

Arrived on site to perform diagnostic on system. Homeowner states that the system is working and is heating the home, but a couple days ago there was a critical alert that had popped up. It has since gone away and hasn’t happened again, but would still like everything checked. Checked history on thermostat for any alerts and there are none present. Also tried to recall any codes from indoor circuit board but there were none present. Cycled system for heat. Verified proper heating sequence of operations and system is heating normally. Checked all electrical and heating components, everything is in order. System is operating as it should. Homeowner also mentioned that she noticed a hole in the return plenum that looked odd, but after inspection found that hole that she was referring to was just a temperature/pressure port. Found bad battery on the thermostat control, replaced with new batteries. Removed excess low voltage wiring from behind thermostat to allow space for control to the backplate. Performed furnace maintenance. Cleaned filters. Tested motors and recorded supply voltages. Inspected blower cabinet and burner assembly. Cleaned flame sensor. Tested igniter.

Arrived on site to perform diagnostic on 8 year old York Furnace. Homeowner states that system is not heating properly. It cycles on numerous times and then it hit blows cool air. Cycled system for heat. System initiated the heating sequence, but cut off after the flame would ignite. It did this for about 5 tries and then went into lockout and turned on indoor blower. Pulled flame sensor and found it dirty, which was causing it not to read the flame. Cleaned sensor and put back in, cycled system and system came on Normally and started heating. Tested and verified safety components working accordingly. Checked ducting, found ductwork to be old and wrong fully designed. Went through findings and recommendations with homeowner. Homeowner is aware of the condition of her system and ductwork. Due to system being a heater only, homeowner wants to leave the ducting alone for a while until the system is replaced in the future. Upon arrival performed diagnostic found system to have a bad bearing on inducer motor, fan is wobbly and not intact. Replaced low secondary motor control. System is operational upon departure. Ducting is older and has a lot of play on ducting, no very well installed.

Arrived on site to perform maintenance on 8 year old Goodman furnace. As spoken over with homeowner on previous visit, this is a single stage system that is zoned off into 2 separate zones. Cycled both zones for heat. Verified proper heating sequence of operations. Temperature rise is normal. Tested all heating safety components. Wiped off blower assembly and heating compartment. Cleaned flame sensor. Ran system through 20 point inspection checklist. Indoor Blower wheel is clean. Indoor secondary motor control is within range. Condensation lines do not have any condensation safety switches in the event that the line would get clogged. Went over some indoor air purification and filtration as homeowner had brought it up on first visit that we came out here. Replaced 1 inch filters. Went over findings and recommendations with homeowner. Cycled system, system is operational upon departure.

UPon arrival performed furnace tune up on lennox system. Replaced filter that customer provided, advised to move up to merv 16 filtration. Indoor motor and wheel are in very good condition. Static pressures throughout system are in very good standing. Amperages are in range. Ducting and duct seals are in good shape. Circuit board and electrical connections very good. Temp rise split very good. Cycled heating on and off. Gas valve in working order. Gas shut off good. Safety switch in working order. System was reset tested and fully functional upon departure.

Performed diagnostic on 17 year old comfort maker system. Homeowner states that heat is not working. It sounds like it is running but it never heats up and no hot air is coming out of the vents. Cycled system for heat. System initiated proper heating sequence, but gas valve never engaged and system goes into lockout mode afterwards. Gas valve is receiving proper voltage and command, but is not engaging. Gas valve is bad and needs to be replaced. Also performed a full safety evaluation on system. Pulled off Knox rods and checked heat exchanger to ensure safe operation. Found heat exchanger is compromised and each chamber is cracked. This is a safety concern due to combustion air possibly mixing in with ambient air. Went over findings and recommendations with homeowner. Did advise that If we were to repair the gas valve and not change the heat exchanger, gas or breaker to furnace would have to be left off and it would be up to homeowners judgement to turn it back on and operate the syste
