I was very happy with the service I received today. The communication was great, I got an email and text message regarding the pending service. The service technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He inspected the unit, explained his findings, gave me two or three options on the repair or service, and preformed great work. He was clean, courteous, and on time for our appointment. I would highly recommend.

Today Sergio came out and did a six month tuneup on HVAC system including HRV filters and dehumidifier filters. From my standpoint, he did an excellent job. He explained everything he was doing and showed me pictures before and after of dehumidifier filter and two HRV filters. I provided the new Merv 16 filter. Clean air is vital due to lung damage from inhaling mold spores. Alexa was very helpful and signed me up for a tuneup of the system every six months. Thank you so much.

Today Jorge Cervantes of Cool Air Solutions came out to my home to check on an issue that we have been experiencing with our furnace. Prior to his arrival he communicated with me and listened attentively to my concern. When he arrived at our home he inspected the unit and found the issue. He immediately informed me of the problem and even went above and beyond to contact the manufacturer to give me additional information regarding our heating unit. He did this as a courtesy which for me speaks volumes as to Jorge’s Character and of the importance in conveying the correct information and being as informative with his customer. Ac diagnostic. We found a malfunctioning thermostat was causing the AC unit to short cycle. The thermostat was replaced and the system was tested to ensure it was working properly again. The customer was thankful for the repair.
