I performed a maintenance today on a Lennox system. I tested all mechanical safety, and performance systems. All electrical components, tested in range, including the compressor and fan motors. I cleaned the outdoor coil as it was dirty. The return air filters were still clean. I noticed the phenomenal aire purifier was non operational. Even though the warranty for the phenomenal was expired we were able to get it approved through our representative. I replaced the phenomenal aire and left Mr. Schmitz with a panflet. Upon departure, the system is fully operational and heating and cooling mode with optimal temperature differentials. Thank you for being a Cool Air Solutions customer and Comfort Club member!
