Your company came highly recommended by a friend, so I was already expecting good things....Holly (on the phone) delightful to speak with. Jimmy Pucillo was frosting on the cake! Very thorough...explained everything well, did not try to "overstate" condition of my system, and no pressure to do anything unnecessary. Extremely pleasant to converse with, felt like he was an old friend by the time he left. Will definitely request Jimmy in the future.
Madison was very polite and had a super positive attitude. His work was very clean and proficient. Thank You
Jamie was very courteous , efficient, clean & professional. Thank you
Tyler was on time and kept me informed as to his tasks and if I had any questions. I did have a few questions and Tyler provided the answer in a way that made sense to me. He was courteous and thoughtful. Great job!
Luke came by in the winter for our winter service and did a great job. So, here we are due for our summer service and we lucky enough to draw Luke again. And like before, Luke was on time and very timely on his visit. He explained the work and made sure I knew what he did. Even before leaving he helped bring in some groceries from the garage....has that for service. Thank you again Luke.
Luke arrived on time and explained what he planned to do. He was courteous and, having had some rain that morning, was good at wearing his booties. He provided an estimate on how long he should be and finished as he expected.

Upon my maintenance client stated that she would like to keep up on maintenance for the system since it hasn’t been looked at since it was installed although it has been working perfectly since then. 1. Found system contain R22 refrigerant which was completely phased out on January 1, 2020 2. System appeared to be slightly low on R22 in charge 3. Single secondary motor control that powers fan has become weak and out of range although it still turning fan on. 4. System is not equipped with surge protection 5. There was no power disconnect to shut the system off immediately at the source Discussed full condition system with Nancy and she’s aware of how it is running at the moment. Informed her that there are a couple components that are not In best shape and that the refrigerant charge may be slightly low so she would like us to email her over information of repair cost so that she can review it with her husband Jim.
