Replaced aging system with Carrier Performance 24ACC660A003 5-ton AC unit in Red Bank, NJ. Installed matching FB4CNP060 air handler. Performed duct modifications to accommodate increased airflow. Upgraded to 7/8" suction line for improved efficiency. Charged with 10 lbs of R-410A refrigerant. Installed Côr 7C Wi-Fi thermostat for zoned control. System achieved 16.5 SEER rating. Final commissioning showed 21°F delta-T and 400 CFM/ton airflow.
