This is no reflection on our technician (he was great and very thorough!), but we were surprised to learn how much the price increased for our filter. It was $40 more than 6 months ago while the price for the same filter remained the same on Amazon. We opted to replace it ourselves rather than have him do it but preferred the convenience of having Edison do it in the past.
