Performed coo home heating maintenance. Do recommend some repairs such as Condenser fan motor and control contactor. System is almost 18 years old so I did discuss new system replacement with homeowner. Also recommend ductwork and insulation upgrades with new return plenum if homeowners decides not to replace system. System is operating at time of departure. Homeowner declined to renew membership at this time. Will reach out if decide to renew and move forward with any repairs or recommendations.
