Spot on ceiling turned out to be a crack from install and not a water spot. I also established first and second stage on equipment and programmed thermostat for 2 stage fan operation. I measured static pressure with restrictive air filter and without. Would recommend using a lesser pleated filter to help keep static pressure within units desired range. Equipment is operating fine at this time.
