Ideal Air AC Check Up: For New Home Pending Sale System temperature split Test indoor and outdoor capacitors under load Check compressor, outdoor fan motor and indoor fan motor AMP draw Inspect control boards, high voltage and low voltage wiring and contactors for sings of wear, damage or overheating Check main electrical connections (tighten as needed) Inspect outdoor fan motor and fan blade system Test condensate drain line for proper drainage Inspect indoor blower wheel Inspect primary and secondary drain pan Inspect indoor coil depending upon access Check system static pressure Clean or replace filters (supplied by customer)
