I found the furnace had both rollout switches damaged from previous technician. The board was registering an open high limit. I found the secondary high limit switch on the blower housing open. I jumped the safeties to test the board. And the board malfunctioned not running the inducer and starting the burners. I shut down the power and gas to the furnace. Due to the age of the system and the homeowner $600 summer power bill I recommend replacing the system
