I performed a membership maintenance on all three systems. All three systems appeared to be low on charge. I found a service valve leaking Freon and I replaced it. I charge 1.5 ton system and the 3 1/2 ton system back to factory specifications and is operating properly at this time. The 3 ton system has a mixed match indoor coil that is not ahri Matchup and is an AMERISTAR brand . The liquid line has been damaged at the piston housing from being twisted and looks like a twizzler. While attempting to charge the system, no subcooling could be obtained, and the superheat dropped into dangerous levels.
