Arrived to home Checked system Turned on thermostat for casita Turned off all other thermostats Checked (accessible) zone dampers Found some set with high min close points One wired incorrectly (power open when should be power close) Found bypass damper damaged (stuck closed) Drain incorrect - missing float switch and clean out Evidence of water leaning into overflow pan Line set pushing on gas line (must be remedied) *Highly recommend installing mini split in casita and abandoning zone for room **Main system needs complete tune up - has 4 zones with inferior duct design ***Also recommend energy audit as home balance is incorrect Exhaust fan in guest room - damper is flapping (positive pressure in home) Estimated repairs
