Performed a membership visit in cooling. I discovered an issue with the system that the compressor would not run when prompted on check charge cool. I reset the thermostat and the issue persist. I reset the indoor and outdoor system. The system would not run the compressor in check charge cooling. I checked operations in cooling setting all the zones to a low point and the compressor ran and operated properly. I reset the power to the indoor and outdoor and checked in check charge cooling. The unit began to operate properly. I consulted with Trane tech-support and was advised it was a glitch in the system, but if the issue returns reload driver data to newest update. I left proposal for the homeowner if the system acts up to reload data.
