Arrived onsite to investigate a water leak on a Rinnai propane boiler. During our thorough evaluation, we identified the source of the leak as the Hy-Vent inside the boiler. We also noticed water leaking from the vent. With the customer’s approval, we replaced the Hy-Vent. The water leaking from the vent looked like it was condensation and stopped leaking once we ran the system. Verified proper operation; the system is working correctly at this time.
