For this job, we replaced the hot and cold lavatory cartridges in the main floor bathroom as well as in the upstairs master bathroom. We also replaced two Delta 1700 series shower cartridges, one located in the upstairs master bathroom and one in the upstairs guest bathroom. During the work, we identified the source of the leak the customer was experiencing as the tub waste and overflow assembly, which was replaced to resolve the issue. In addition, we installed and securely mounted a new ST12 thermal expansion tank on the main domestic water line. All repairs were completed and the plumbing system was tested to confirm proper operation with no leaks present.
