this job, we came out to inspect a kitchen faucet that was leaking into the cabinet when the water was turned on. After evaluation, we provided multiple estimate options, including replacement with a Kohler faucet, replacement with a Moen faucet, an attempt to replace the cartridge in the existing American Standard faucet in hopes of stopping the leak, and installation of a customer-supplied faucet. The customer requested that all estimates be emailed for review. We will also be taking a water sample and emailing the test results to the customer once they are available.
