12/29/25 - Arrived on site to replace failing propane furnace. We started by verifying gas and power supply were turned off. We then removed gas piping and capped gas line until we were ready to connect. Removed electrical box. We had to disconnect a lot of the ductwork to be able to remove the old furnace from the crawlspace. We attempted to put the new furnace down into the crawl but found that we will need an extra set of hands in the morning to get it down safely and without damaging the unit. We will return in the morning to continue the installation. 12/31/25 - Arrived on site to finish the install. We installed the venting making sure it was slightly back pitched toward the furnace for proper drainage. We then installed the condensate line making sure to install a trap to allow for proper drainage. We converted the gas valve and manifold to allow for burning of propane gas. Set the gas pressure to what the manufacturer specified. Checked for gas leaks and for CO. No leaks prese
