Customer reported experiencing water hammer when operating the washing machine. At the time of the visit, the customer ran the washing machine; however, the condition could not be reproduced. Additional testing was performed by running a hot water fixture and operating the boiler, and no abnormal noises or water hammer were observed. The system was functioning normally during testing. The customer will provide a video recording if the issue occurs again for further evaluation.
