Arrived on site to figure out why there’s no heat on a new install. Upon inspection, I found that we mixed up the tubing for the condensate when adjusted them for the orientation the furnace was installed. It had created a vacuum and did not allow for proper drainage. Adjusted tubing and furnace drains properly now. Watched system run for about 30minutes with no issues. Thank you for your patience
