Arrived on site again to try to diagnose issue with furnace not heating. During install when we were converting the gas valve and had to adjust the gas pressure we were experiencing some abnormal things when physically adjusting the valve. We ended up getting the correct pressure eventually but today 1/03/26, the gas valve seems to have stopped working after showing the same symptoms as we experienced on install. I further tested the gas valve and found we were getting the proper voltage at the control board and the inlet pressure was more than enough. However, when the gas valve was supposed to open it would get stuck. This leads me to believe the gas valve is bad and needs to be replaced as we cannot take the valves apart. I reached out to our supplier and we can get a new valve first thing Monday morning 1/05/26. Thank you for your patience.
