Arrived on site to the furnace not heating again. We found that inducer had some water in it and the thermostat was not controlling the heating stages properly. We added a drainage tee in the exhaust piping to allow the inducer to drain even more than before. We then ran a new wire to the thermostat to allow the furnace to go into stage two heating. The control board is supposed to be able to control it with three wires but that did not seem to work so we wired up W2 on the board and thermostat. System seems to be operating properly now. We watched the temperature in the house go from 48-59 during our visit. Thank you for your patience.
