The customer reported a DHW (Domestic Hot Water) error on a Buderus oil boiler. Upon inspection and testing, the DHW temperature sensor was found to be faulty. The failed sensor was replaced with a new one. After installation, hot water temperature at the faucet was tested and measured 140°F. The temperature was then adjusted down at the Logamatic control. A follow-up test at the faucet showed a stable temperature of 120°F. The new sensor was verified to be satisfied at 120°F and stopped calling for hot water as designed. The system is operating properly at this time.
