Customer has three shutoff valves that are stuck closed or will not fully close due to age. I removed the hot and cold shutoffs by unthreading the, from the nipples. I then cleaned the threads and retapped and pasted them and installed new 1/4 turn shutoffs. I repeated this process at the toilet shutoff and replaced the escutcheon and supply line for increased reliability and improved aesthetics. Everything is working well with no leaks at time of service.
