We found that the second-floor fixtures must be safely removed to prepare the space for remodeling. We propose disconnecting and capping the existing plumbing to prevent leaks and ensure a safe, efficient start to the renovation. This estimate includes demolition and removal of the cast iron tub. 1/9 Phase 1 -Installed two isolation ball valves in the basement ceiling assembly which controls the water for the second floor bathroom -Removed the shutoff valves for the lavatory and toilet amd plugged the copper pipes -Removed the lavatory s trap and plugged the drain pipe -Demo amd removed the tile tub surround and cast iron tub -Cut and removed the tub/shower valve -Turned the valve off to the cast iron radiator and removed the radiator, stored in the area of the existing tub -Turned the water back onto the house -Will return to complete the second phase
