Arrived onsite to investigate a no-heat issue on a Burnham propane boiler. The boiler was displaying a condensate float switch fault. During a thorough evaluation, we found that the condensate piping was not pitched properly. We adjusted the neutralizer mounting to ensure proper pitch, allowing the condensate to drain correctly, and the boiler fired up as expected. Since this is an issue we have previously addressed at this location, no charge was applied for correcting the condensate line pitch. We also installed four new customer-supplied thermostats and verified proper operation. The system is working correctly at this time.
